+ The Gang

- I was getting used to everything returning to the way it was, remembering the parts that were deleted and removed. I now knew the X-Factor didn't happen, so being on the phone to my mum trying to explain why I suddenly wanted to be a dancer confused her. I shrug to Hayden and show him the puppet hand while he watched me on the cellphone.

Troy Aston
"Yes, I have thought it through. "

- I had for weeks and weeks in our old time line and even spoke to her about it when we went to New York, ofcourse, thats not her timeline so its all hard to keep track of. I asked my parents who both held a phone in different rooms talking to me, weather or not they knew AVA. They did because of her first single Edge of Glory which was current number one but she had burst into the chart. So.. Ava was fairly new to the world of music for now.

Troy Aston
"I am pretty good at .... "

- I turn and see Jason and Jess had just walked in which made me end the call and throw my arms around Jason. No words needed to be said, as I hugged him.

Jason holds onto his best mate and pats him on the back.

Everything is okay buddy... I missed you aswell.

He pulls away from the hug, having gave Troy time to know that he was okay, after all that happened in their old time line. Jason looks at Jess who sits with Hayden, and then he looks at Troy.

How are things?

- I look at him and give him a small nod.

Troy Aston
"Confusing."

- I kiss Jess on the cheek, putting my cell down on the side cabinet, ignoring it start to ring again. I lean down and pull out two cans, tossing one to Jason and handing the twins one each.

"Trying to explain to my folks the whole change of career thing."

- I snap the cap off and take a sip.

"Not easy, You?"

Jason pulls the ringpull, sitting on the bed and drinking some.

I spent three hours on the phone to my kid brother. He thought something bad had happened. It is hard to explain how it felt to hear his voice again. Bad times for all of us. A time that i never want to revisit.

He could sense that they all felt the same.

Jason_King
I just want to forget about it and move on.

He lifts his can.

- I knock my can into his.

Troy Aston
"Same here, buddy."

- I look at Jason, sure I could gain new friends and new people to spend time with, but Jason will always be my best friend.

I lift my drink with a smile.

Here's hoping the year would strengthen my relationship with Troy and everything would be perfect for us, and for Jason and Jessica. I turn to Jessica, flashing her a massive grin.

Jess lifts her can.

She takes a small sip of the can and smiles at Haydie.

Jason nods her head, his can joined to Troy's.

All take a sip from our cans and share smiles. I lick my lips, looking at Troy and just starring at him, looking at how incredibly lucky i was to have such a hunky and amazing boyfriend. I eventually snap out out of it, looking at Jessica.

"Oh ...question..."

I turn my body to her, interested to hear what she'd think.

|| Hayden |
"When i spoke to mom this morning, she was asking when we'd be coming home to see everyone. And i was thinking, if we do go back soon, should we take Troy and Jason with us? Introduce them to everyone? Or is it a little too early do you think?"

Jess looks at him.

"Im not sure. Didn't you meet Troy's parents when you went to New York?"

She moves the can to the sidetable next to Troy.

"We haven't really talked about things. Its still a bit raw after everything that happened. I will talk to Jason and see what he thinks but i am giving him time to get himself together. I am just happy right now to get back into Uni work and think about anything else later on"

"That's fair enough. I think mom is just upset cause she hasn't seen us in so long. And after what happened, I think we should go see are family at some point before leaving it til the summer break"

I smile at her, looking at Jason then at Troy.

"I've not met his parents no. When we went to New York we stayed at his mother's house but she was away on business so we were just there alone"

A grin appears on my face, thinking back to the time I'd spent alone with Troy in New York.

- I stand up and walk with Jason towards my DVD stack and lean on the top of it. I angle my toes on one foot vertical, holding my can.

"Do you ever wants kids, Jase?"

- I look at him.

I have thought about it, say casually popped into my head. Its something i'd definately think of in more detail in the future. I am still a kid myself deep down and can just about look after myself haha. Why do you ask? Are you thinking about it?

- I nod and smile.

"I used to think about it all the time, about having the family, a wife, one of each kid"

- I finish my drink.

- I tap my foot on the floor.
